Soft Magnetic Alloy 1J22 Hot Rolled Strip Round Bar Wire
1J22 is an equal grade of HiperCo50(UNS R30005) FeCoV high magnetic saturation alloy in China. We can supply 1J22 alloy in forms of hot rolled strip/plate, cold rolled strip, hot rolled round bar, hot forged bar, cold drawn wire and parts machined and heat treated per customer requirements. 1J22 alloy is one of the highest saturation magnetic induction intensity (2.4T) in all soft magnetic alloys, the curie point is up to 980℃, Saturatated magnetostrictIive coefficient is 60～100PPM.
